For the women who are creating the inevitable.

About

Marbella has no shortage of places to be seen. What it hasn't had is a room for the women who are quietly building, leading and backing real things, and who would rather find their people than perform for a crowd.

It's a room for founders and executives,  just as much for consultants, coaches, freelancers, professionals and business owners. It's equally for women building in a creative or design-led way who have turned a craft into a business. If you are doing serious work, you belong here.

The Women in Business HUB  is that room. Built on The Pool Marbella's business and tech community it adds what is harder to find on the coast: honest conversation, support, and a genuine push to get things done.

First and foremost, this is a working community rather than a social scene. Women come here to do the work, and the right allies come to help them do it.

MISSION

To give Marbella's women builders a room of their own.

And a reason to be in it.

We turn networking into momentum: the honest conversations most rooms avoid, the kind of support that usually stays private, and collaborations that help you grow. It begins as a close circle and is built to grow right alongside the women in it.

VISION

From an intimate circle to a signature stage.

Rooted in Marbella. Reaching Málaga and beyond.

The Network grows in concentric circles. It starts with a tight, committed core and widens outward over time, without ever watering down what makes the room worth being in.

Delegate

Natasha Verkley

Founder NSquared Consulting
Business Development & Creative Marketing Strategist

Natasha has spent her career close to where things actually get built. She ran an international development charity in Ecuador, and these days she is something of a Swiss army knife for startups, at home in worlds as different as crypto and residential real estate. The work closest to her, though, is with women: coaching women in business and hosting women's circles internationally. After nine years on the Costa del Sol, she brings that builder's instinct to Marbella's women and to the Women In Business HUB

“I didn't want to start another networking group. I wanted a room where serious women find their people and  go build the thing.”

Assistant Delegate

Justina Kripaitytė

EA NSquared Consulting
Photographer & Executive Assistant

Justina picked up her first camera at twelve, then went and got a degree in financial and actuarial mathematics and spent years as a financial analyst. The camera never went anywhere. She now runs Justina Kris Photography on the Costa del Sol, shooting portraits, brand work and events. She brings both to supporting Natasha with the Women In Business HUB: the analyst who reads a situation like a dataset, the photographer who reads a scene like a story. Same skill, pointed two directions. Notice the pattern, trust the read, get it done.

"I walked away from a safe career to build something I'd dreamed about and I'd make the same call again. Now I want to be part of what helps the next woman do it."

We Value

Substance.
What you are actually building counts for far more here than how polished it looks.

Collaboration.
We open our networks, ask for help out loud, and go out of our way to make each other's wins more likely.

Outcomes.
We judge ourselves by what gets built, from the smallest session to the biggest stage.

Mindset.
We work the inner game as much as the strategy: energetics, performance and staying steady under pressure.

Honesty.
We make room for the open conversations, the hard parts as well as the wins.

Allies.
Built by and for women, and open to good allies of any gender who come to contribute rather than to be seen.

Creativity.
A studio, a gallery or a design practice is real business, and we treat it that way.

Open. Your network, surname and budget do not decide whether you belong here; what you are building does.
