We started the year with a fairly serious idea: creating a space for founders to talk about leadership. We ran three sessions before the summer. And somewhere along the way, it became something else.

A place to talk about what’s actually going on. A decision you’re struggling with. Something that’s keeping you up at night. A lesson you’ve learned the hard way. Or simply a place to sit with people who understand what it’s like to build a company, and who occasionally have absolutely no idea what they’re doing with the rest of their life.

At the last session, someone jokingly called it Founders Anonymous. We laughed. And then we thought: actually, that’s exactly what it has become. A space without judgement, without posturing, and without the expectation that you need to have the answers. One person even said: “This has been better than therapy.” We’re not making that promise. But we do know this space feels needed.

So we’re leaning into it.
