The Pool Marbella FoodTech Hub serves as a local-to-global bridge for climate-smart food and agricultural technologies. We connect Spain’s dynamic investor community with European and Latin American innovation pipelines, creating a clear path from scouting to pilots to capital.

Mission Statement

The Pool Marbella FoodTech Hub connects founders, corporates, and investors to accelerate market adoption of climate-smart agri-food technologies. Anchored in Spain and bridging Europe and LATAM, we scout high-quality ventures, design corporate pilots, and curate investor deal flow. Our mission is to transform community touchpoints into investable opportunities and scalable partnerships that align with The Pool’s collaborative ethos.

What we do

Scouting: Monthly, thesis-driven venture sourcing across FoodTech / AgriTech / Water / Energy for food systems (soil & inputs, biostimulants/biotech, processing / efficiency, cold chain, packaging / circularity, traceability).

Investors/LPs: Join private deal reviews and LP roundtables; access European pipelines via Kök Ventures and co-investment / SPV opportunities.

Collaboration: Corporate challenge briefs and pilot design (proof-of-value in 90–120 days), leveraging Kök Ventures’ accelerator playbooks.

How Members Engage

Corporates: Co-design challenges and pilots; become vertical partners, explore Spain and LATAM soft-landing via our network.

Capital: Curated deal sharing and LP roundtables for investors interested in European exposure and LATAM market entries.

Founders: Apply for curated intros, pilot design, and capital pathways.
