Cuatrecasas will then cover the Spanish tax dimension in depth. In particular, they will guide attendees through the key rules around Spanish tax residency and the Beckham Regime, with special attention to the critical tax considerations that arise once the special regime ends, including Spanish Income Tax, Wealth Tax, and Inheritance and Gift Tax.
The goal is to help participants anticipate key decision points and align investment structuring with tax outcomes in a compliant and efficient manner.
