Leadership is shaped in the quiet, difficult moments that rarely make it into a keynote. The Leadership HUB is a space designed for leaders to engage with the reality of their journey. In this space, the traditional stage is replaced by a central, cozy seat of honesty.

Everybody contributes and every session has a structure. The leader that sits at the center shares a chapter of their real growth: what shaped them, what changed how they lead, and leaves a question for the room. The attendees respond from their own experience, not with advice, but with honesty.

For this session, Cristina Sancho will take the center. Having navigated the cultures of global giants and led iconic platforms through transition, Cristina has mastered the art of distinguishing between "fitting into a mold" and "defining one's own values." She will open a chapter of her professional life that demanded a total reclamation of her identity. This is an invitation to move into a conversation that is generous, grounded, and profoundly real.
