Leadership Room got a little out of hand.
We started the year with a fairly serious idea: a space for founders to talk about leadership. A few sessions in - it became something else.
A place to talk about what's actually going on. A decision you're stuck on. Something keeping you up at night. A lesson learned the hard way. Or just a room full of people who know what it's like to build a company - and occasionally have no idea what they're doing with the rest of their life.
At the last session, someone joked: "this is basically Founders Anonymous." We laughed. Then realized - that's exactly what it is. No judgement, no posturing, no expectation that you have the answers. One person put it simply: "better than therapy." We won't promise that. But we know the room is needed.
